On Sunday, March 21st, 2009, the
Herald Palladium published the regional MEAP results and a very favorable
article on our schools. Knowing that many no longer receive the newspaper, I
wanted to share this information with you. You can access the articles in the

Our elementary students outscored other local schools on all but 7 subject area tests reported from the Fall 2008 MEAP (grades 3 - 9) compared to area public schools

The MME combines the ACT college-entrance exam with WorkKeys, a national work skills assessment, and exams covering the state’s curriculum standards. Lake Michigan Catholic students out-scored the local public schools in every area of the Michigan Merit Exams assessments:
